Animals in Art

This exhibition is a testament to man's affection and affiliation with the animal kingdom. An artistic acknowledgment of the companions with whom we share our homes, lives and hearts. Dating from pre-historic depictions of horses and bison on the cave walls of Lascaux, animals as chosen subjects, have featured and flourished throughout every major movement in the history of art.

In this exhibition invited artists from New Zealand, Australia and Europe join forces to create an exhibition infused with energy and connectedness to the natural world.
